What makes the Axis palette different?
Our modular palette lets you choose the shades you want, rather than committing to a preset combination. Build your own, rearrange your colours and switch them out whenever you want.
Are the eyeshadows suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Our eyeshadows are designed to be built up in layers, allowing you to control the intensity of your look. Whether you prefer a soft wash of colour or a more saturated finish, the formula offers the flexibility to create at your own pace, from everyday wear to more expressive looks.
Can I change the shades later?
Yes! Our pans and palette are magnetic, so you can take eyeshadows out using our pan pusher and put new ones in!
Can I buy the empty palette and single shades separately?
Yes! Both empty palettes and individual eyeshadows are available to purchase separately on our Shop page. However, we recommend creating your custom palette bundle for better value. Start with a filled palette and add extra shades to switch up your combinations.
How should I store my eyeshadows?
Keep your eyeshadows in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Close your palette securely after use and avoid dropping it as pressed powders can break on impact.
The colour looks different from the website. Can I return it?
We do our best to show every shade accurately, but screens and lighting vary, so colours may look slightly different in person. We can’t offer refunds or exchanges for colour appearance. If you’re unsure about a shade, email us before you order and we’ll help you out.
PALETTES & COMPATIBILITY
How do I build my own palette?
Use our custom palette builder here! Drag eyeshadow shades into the palette on the left to create your own colour story. Mix finishes however you like: velvet mattes, high-shine metallics and duochromes can all sit side by side. Our palette builder is a great way to experiment with different colour combinations and see what excites you before adding your selection to your cart.
Can I use eyeshadows from other brands in my Axis palette?
Yes, our palette is designed around standard 26 mm iron eyeshadow pans. Compatibility may vary depending on the dimensions, backing, material and construction of individual pans, so we recommend checking the fit before purchasing or inserting pans from other brands.
